Jachthaven Bouwsma
Location: Moleburren 11, Workum, Netherlands
Jachthaven Bouwsma sits at Moleburren on the Diepe Dolte in Workum, the waterway linking the old Frisian town with the IJsselmeer at It Soal and with the Frisian lakes inland. The harbour is now run by Robert and Natalie of the adjacent chandlery Watersportwinkel De Liefde, which keeps it usefully stocked for repairs and spares. Berths carry around 1.80 metres of water, enough for most cruising yachts, and shoreside facilities include showers, toilets, a laundry and secure parking, with winter storage arranged through an affiliated yard. Workum's centre, with its museums and long market street, is a short walk or dinghy ride away.
