Jachthaven Bouwmeester
Location: Diemerzeedijk 3, Amsterdam, Netherlands
Jachthaven Bouwmeester is a combined marina and boatyard at Diemerzeedijk 3 in eastern Amsterdam, at the Nieuwe Diep by the Diemerpark and the Amsterdam-Rijnkanaal, about half an hour by boat from the city centre and close to IJburg. The emphasis is on yard work as much as mooring. The company handles wood repairs, epoxy and polyester work, paint and varnish, engine maintenance and haul-out, and builds and restores boats in wood, polyester, foam-epoxy and steel. It is also the Benelux distributor for Gurit composite systems. Seasonal and short-term berths are offered, but the harbour is often full and guest places are limited, so call ahead. The gate is open daily from 9:00 to 21:00.
