Jachthaven Bouma
Location: Buorren 1, Uitwellingerga, Netherlands
Jachthaven Bouma is a small family harbour at Buorren 1 in the watersport village of Uitwellingerga, just south of Sneek in the heart of the Frisian lake district. The Bouma family has run the harbour at this spot for around 45 years and keeps it deliberately modest, with quiet alongside berths rather than boxes, let by the season, summer or year. Directory sources list a few dozen fixed moorings and no dedicated guest berths, and winter storage is offered as well. Its position on the through-route near the Prinses Margrietkanaal puts the Sneekermeer and the southern Frisian lakes minutes away.
