Jachthaven AVGA
Location: Oud Loosdrechtsedijk 153, Loosdrecht, Netherlands
Jachthaven AVGA is the club harbour of the Algemene Vereniging Groot Amsterdam, reached via the Trekpad off the Oud-Loosdrechtsedijk in a quiet corner of the Loosdrechtse Plassen, part of a Natura 2000 conservation area. The association keeps around fifty fixed berths for boats up to 12.5 by 3.5 metres, with draught limited to 1.40 metres on the approach. A few guest places become free when members are away; visitors up to ten metres pay about two euros per metre per day with power and water included. The sanitary block has recently been renovated, and the club marks the season with opening and closing barbecues.
