HeveaHaven
Location: Heveadorpseweg 1, Doorwerth, Netherlands
HeveaHaven is a small harbor on the Nederrijn below Doorwerth, near the Driel weir, and takes its name from neighboring Heveadorp, a village built around the former Hevea rubber factory. It opened in May 2016 and is run by a foundation, Stichting HeveaHaven, not a commercial operator. The harbor has 49 permanent berths, with an expansion to 61 underway, for boats up to 12 meters. Up to 5 visitor places are available at about 1.40 euros per meter per night. Facilities are basic: a toilet, a closed waste container and limited solar-powered electricity. There is no fuel, crane or winter storage, and no wastewater pump-out. River levels affect access; the harbor closes to visitors at low water.
