Haven Aldtsjerk

Location: Miedemaweg 35, Aldtsjerk, Netherlands

Haven Aldtsjerk is a small village harbour on the Aldtsjerkstermeer (Oudkerkstermeer) in the Trynwâlden district of Friesland, north of Leeuwarden. The harbour has 31 permanent berths and 8 visitor places, charged per metre of boat length. Shore facilities include a sanitary building with showers, a kitchen with washing machine and dryer, electric charging points and a trailer slipway. Four camper pitches share the site. The harbourmaster holds a daily hour in the late afternoon. From the harbour, boats reach Leeuwarden in about an hour, and the Moark links to the Dokkumer Ee route between Leeuwarden and Dokkum. Permanent boxes are often full and a waiting list applies.
