Hanzehaven Elburg

Location: Havenkade 3, Elburg, Netherlands

Hanzehaven Elburg is the municipal harbour of the old Hanseatic town of Elburg, on the Veluwe border lakes and reachable via the Veluwemeer and Drontermeer. The walled old town with its moats, shops and terraces begins directly at the harbour. The haven has over 200 permanent berths and around 100 places for visitors; free permanent berths are also let to passanten. A new harbour office opened in 2016 with toilet and shower facilities for guests, and more than 65 power pedestals were installed along the quays. The harbour holds the Blue Flag environmental award. For sailors on the randmeren circuit it is one of the more attractive historic stops.
