Haarlemsche Jachtwerf
Location: Zomervaart 25, Haarlem, Netherlands
The Haarlemsche Jachtwerf is a boatyard from 1946 on the Zuid Schalkwijkerweg, on the Spaarne just south of Haarlem. The river here is part of the standing mast route, so larger sailing yachts can reach the yard without lowering the rig, and the A9 motorway is about ten minutes away by car. The yard handles motor and sailing yachts up to roughly 13 metres and 10 tons. It offers winter and summer storage for boats and caravans, launching by trailer, mast stepping and pressure washing, and repair work that runs from antifouling and polyester repairs to painting, electrics, engine servicing and rigging. It is a HISWA-recognised business.
