Gemeentelijke Jachthaven Genemuiden

Location: Havanplein 1, Genemuiden, Netherlands

The municipal harbour of Genemuiden lies on the Zwartewater, the river that links Hasselt, Zwartsluis and Genemuiden on the route between Zwolle and the Ketelmeer. The harbour has an outer and an inner basin; the inner harbour is reached through the outer one and the small Sas lock, and it puts you right in the centre of this carpet-weaving town. There are about 25 visitor places. In high season the rate is around 1.37 euros per metre per day with facilities, plus tourist tax. A shower and toilet building is available, with the access code handed out when you pay the harbourmaster. The town is a short hop from the Zwarte Meer and the IJsseldelta.
