Gemeentehaven Hellevoetsluis
Location: Oostzanddijk 26, Hellevoetsluis, Netherlands
Gemeentehaven Hellevoetsluis is the municipal harbour in the historic fortress town of Hellevoetsluis, entered directly from the Haringvliet in the South Holland delta. The harbour has 30 permanent berths and 150 places for visitors, with water and 16 amp shore power at every berth, sanitary facilities, free WiFi and waste water reception. Maximum dimensions are generous: 62 metres length, 12 metres beam and 3.5 metres draft. A drawbridge gives access to the inner basins and opens hourly from 08:00 to 20:30 in the summer months. Since 2023 the harbour has been run by the merged municipality of Voorne aan Zee. The former naval fortifications of the Vesting surround the moorings.
