Gemeentehaven Almere Haven / Havenkom

Location: Havenkom 1, Almere, Netherlands

The Havenkom is the municipal harbor of Almere Haven, the oldest district of Almere, and opens onto the Gooimeer on the randmeren route between Amsterdam and the IJsselmeer. The harbor has 35 permanent berths and about 40 visitor places, either alongside the quay or in boxes at the jetties. Most berths have electricity, drinking water is available at a central tap point and waste water disposal is free. The visitor rate is around 1.90 euros per meter per night. Shops, cafes and terraces on the Promenade are within walking distance of the pontoons. From the harbor, boats can also reach the Weerwater and the Noorderplassen through the city's waterways.
