Fort Marina

Location: Leedeweg 2, Warmond, Netherlands

Fort Marina occupies a sheltered corner of Warmond at Burgemeester Ketelaarstraat 19a, with the Kagerplassen on its doorstep. The harbour combines berths and winter storage with a busy technical operation: its workshop is a recognised service point for Yamaha outboard motors, and the firm sells boats and marine equipment from the same site. That mix makes it as much a service yard as a mooring harbour, and many customers combine a berth with annual engine maintenance. Warmond village, with its restaurants and passenger quay, is a short walk away, and the lakes of the Kaag open out just beyond the harbour mouth.
