Fokkerhaven

Location: Laan van Hoornwijck 60, Den Haag, Netherlands

Fokkerhaven is a small inland harbour in the Binckhorst district of The Hague, a former industrial area under redevelopment. The basin was refurbished by the municipality with new paving, benches, lighting and permanent moorings, and a restaurant occupies one of the two characteristic former factory buildings on the quay. The harbour has 18 berths for boats up to 8 metres, so it suits sloops and small motorboats rather than yachts. It lies directly on the through route via the Trekvliet, from which you can reach the centre of Den Haag, Delft, the locks at Leidschendam and the Leiden canals. Berths are in demand and often fully let.
