De Veenhoop Watersport en Recreatie

Location: De Feanhoop 8, De Veenhoop, Netherlands

De Veenhoop Watersport en Recreatie operates the marina in the small Frisian village of De Veenhoop (Frisian: De Feanhoop), on the edge of the Alde Feanen National Park between Grou and Earnewald. The harbour has around 220 fixed berths and is run as a private marina without public guest facilities, though a restaurant on site serves day visitors. The company also rents out motorboats, open Valk sailing boats and canoes for exploring the surrounding lakes, meres and reed channels of the national park. Its position gives direct access to one of the most protected inland cruising areas in Friesland, with Grou and Earnewald both reachable in a short trip.
