Aquacamping en Jachthaven De Rakken occupies a waterside site at Lynbaen 10 on the edge of Woudsend, the Frisian watersports village between the Slotermeer and the Heegermeer. The harbour offers both permanent moorings and visitor berths, with free electricity, WiFi, showers and toilets included in the rate, plus a launching ramp for trailer boats. Ashore, the campsite ranges from standard and waterside pitches to camping pods, hikers' cabins and holiday homes. Its position at the meeting point of two major lakes gives direct, lock-free access to the wider Frisian lake network, and Woudsend's shops, sailmaker and restaurants are a short walk away.
